Whole 30 - Day 3 - legs cramping

I am nearing the end of day 3. Been feeling okay so far with no extreme side effects, however, this afternoon the backs of my calfs and my hammies are super achey. Just finished a whole banana to see if helps.

This is actually my second attempt. Last week at day 4 I was so uncomfortably constipated I caved and returned to my former eating habits. This second go around I added more veggies and fat and I am, so far, pooping regularly. No gas either.
