bchadd1 Posted January 5, 2015 Share Posted January 5, 2015 My first whole30 was mid October2014-mid November2014. LOVED IT! I was a bit nervous with the holidays coming around and indeed, I didn't live very "clean" during that period. That experience taught me a lot though (being off) like which foods triggered which "yukky" feelings. I can say now that I need to be totally off dairy forever. I have continued to eliminate all diet pops, and most of the highly processed foods. I'm enjoying cooking more than ever as well. Second whole30 began today!
