So I will be beginning again tomorrow without the vitamins. I am a wife and mother of four trying to find more energy. I have had about three practice days, including today because of my mistake. dlocs1021 Posted January 9, 2015 Share Posted January 9, 2015 Try not to worry too much about leaving the vitamins behind, with all the added veg and healthy food in your new meal plan you should be taking in all the vitamins you need. You will also probably feel a little fatigue the first week as your body adjusts to all the changes but hang in there so much energy to come!!
