zBeverly
I have a Morton's Neuroma on my foot which is getting larger. I am aggressively treating it naturally with my chiropractor. It involves shots, magnets, adjustments and he wants me to take an anti-inflammatory like Terry Natural's Extra Strength Curamin. Label says "No sugar, salt, wheat, gluten, corn, dairy, artificial coloring/flavoring, preservatives." Also says: "Contains soy less than 5 parts per million." Would this be better or a drug like Naproxin for the program? I'm on Day 7. A big part of my reasons for doing the Whole 30 is inflammation. I would like admin opinions, realizing I'm not seeking medical advice. Thanks
Moderators ultrarunnergirl Posted January 22, 2015 Moderators Share Posted January 22, 2015 We are not doctors and your doctor's orders take precedence. My 2 cents: If you replace inflammatory foods with those you'll find on the Whole30 program, you may not need an NSAID type drug at all. Remember to limit nuts and seeds (high in Omega 6) and get plenty of foods high in Omega 3 like eggs, grass-fed meats, wild-caught fish.
