Peebles Posted January 25, 2015 Share Posted January 25, 2015 Hey everyone, I'm looking for some (easily portable) alternatives for post-wo meals. What are your thoughts on tigernuts/chufas (+ something else for more protein)? They taste kinda sweet (=starchy) and are still a "whole" food, so I thought they might be a good option. Big plus: they're "grab+go" for those occasions when it has to be fast/spontaneous (no cooking sweet potatoes etc.). Any thoughts (or suggestions)?
