I don't know how often I'll be able to check in here but wanted you to know you aren't alone! I'm about 85% compliant anyhow but we'll see how big of a hold dairy really has on me!!!

 

I think the trick is to just be prepared. Have compliant foods (and ONLY compliant foods,) ready to eat so you don't have to think twice about it.

I'm starting on Monday, 2/2/2015 as well! I'm just completing another 30 day clean eating program, I was about 85% on that one, but derailed because of emotional/stress eating! Planning on completing THIS 30 days 100%! Have been looking up meals, recipes, making plans, etc.

These forums are great places to go for encouragement and answers to questions!!

I am starting 31.1.15. I have read the book, cleaned out the cupboards and fridge, been to the supermarket, planned meals for the first few days, taken the before photos and measurements and now I think I am ready! I am a little nervous but super excited.
