This all sounds very overwhelming, especially since I'll be on my own. She lives in a different state, so it's just me doing this! Any tips are welcome! I'm about 85% compliant anyhow but we'll see how big of a hold dairy really has on me!!! I think the trick is to just be prepared. I'm just completing another 30 day clean eating program, I was about 85% on that one, but derailed because of emotional/stress eating! Planning on completing THIS 30 days 100%! Have been looking up meals, recipes, making plans, etc. These forums are great places to go for encouragement and answers to questions!! I have read the book, cleaned out the cupboards and fridge, been to the supermarket, planned meals for the first few days, taken the before photos and measurements and now I think I am ready!
