Ashherna Posted February 5, 2015 Share Posted February 5, 2015 I decided to undertake the W30 as part of a bigger picture project to grow personally. Part of that was forgoing the scale, even prior to starting my W30. That silly number has been bringing me down since elementary school, and I decided that I am finished with weighing myself. However, I did want some measure of progress, so I took measurements. I should have taken them day 1, but didn't get around to it until day 9, so actually these are from just 21 days! I'm down: chest -2.5 inches arms -1.25 inch from each waist -1.5 inches hips -0.5 inches thighs -1 inch from each calves -0.5 inch from each I regret not taking before pics, but I feel like these numbers speak volumes. I've also been getting lots of props at the gym and have had plenty of opportunities to spread the "Good Food Word." I am a believer! Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
