cutty4
Hello Me and my mom will be starting the whole 30 diet This Monday, 2/23/15. I do have one question, and that is: are all applegate products whole 30 approved? I was looking at all of the bacon at whole foods and every one had "Less than 2% of the following" and there was sugar. I am wondering since it is a small amount, and I can't find another option without sugar (Even in whole foods!!!) will it be ok to have that bacon. I am looking forward to doing this with a member of my household as well as a close friend to help each other stick with it.
Krista Billows Rodriguez
If there is added sugars in the ingredients it is out for the Whole 30. Bacon is really hard to find without sugar or honey. You can order it online if you really feel you need it, but it is pretty spendy stuff. A lot of Applegate stuff is compliant but not all you just have to scrutinize the ingredients
