We are all tired of feeling tired, achey, grumpy and just unhealthy!! We all, husband, 49, wife, 50, daughter, 23, daughter, 17 and son, 10, are in this together. My daughters bff and her mom are joining us as well. We can do this. we will not make excuses. It will be hard, but we do hard things ALL THE TIME!!!
