kristinmh80 Posted March 17, 2015 Share Posted March 17, 2015 So today was my first day and all went pretty well, I was hoping to feel a little more satisfied from my meals but Ive pretty much been hungry all day! If you list a log of the meals you ate today, with portion sizes, water consumption, and any exercise, we can give you feedback whether you're on the right track.
