We both workout regularly and he drinks Muscle Milk before and after gym time. Given that he will have to let that go, does anyone know any the alternatives? Thank you! Many W30 folks opt for a hard boiled egg for pre WO, and chicken and sweet potato post WO. Browse the athletes forum for other ideas. This topic has been discussed lots in the past.
