starting my 1st whole 30

I always think about going to the gym or trying the new diet that is out there but i am not one to spend money on that kind of stuff someone was telling me about whole 30 at work so i looked it up and thought maybe i can do that i didnt have to buy anything but the food that i liked to eat and there wasnt any cost to found out about the plain so i was sold now let just see if i can make it 30 days with out bread or sugar my two favorte things i will be post a new littlw something everyday so any tips would be great. Starting april 1st here goes nothing wish me luck
