Starting March 30th

I am going to start my first Whole30 on March 30. I have my first week of meals pretty much planned out. Now just to go grocery shopping tomorrow and prep everything. I am excited to hopefully lose weight but also want to see other overall changes. I feel like I have been relying on pop and sweets too much to get through the days. I also hope to get back into running again.
