RubysMama Posted March 28, 2015 Share Posted March 28, 2015 I am going to start my first Whole30 on March 30. I have my first week of meals pretty much planned out. Now just to go grocery shopping tomorrow and prep everything. I am excited to hopefully lose weight but also want to see other overall changes.
