annd Posted April 1, 2015 Share Posted April 1, 2015 I am starting today - yes it's the 1st April but I would be a food not to ! I have read through everything and hope to get off to a good start as I have been eating pretty clean for a couple of weeks in preparation except a glass of red wine on my birthday and 2 or 3 cups of black coffee. I was really glad to find the Whole30, I have researched like crazy but this suits me best, I am an all or nothing person, and creating healthy alternatives to "pizza" and "cake" would definitely lead me to the dark side!
