samara123 Posted April 16, 2015 Share Posted April 16, 2015 After some starting and stopping in April, today I am officially starting my whole30. I can already tell how much better my body feels by eliminating sugars and grains, and most importantly, my sugars cravings are pretty much eliminated. I ate some non-compliant food yesterday but I am deciding that today I want to go for 30 days, no slips-ups, to really see and feel the results. Good Luck Everyone starting this week!
