I ordered 10 days worth of whole30 approved meals from "premade paleo" to kickstart my lifestyle change. I am feeling confident and excited. Anyone else starting Thursday? I'm starting my 4th W30 on Monday 5/4. I'd wish you luck but luck has nothing to do with it. But I eventually fell out of all my good habits and I NEED to get back to them. I plan on doing Whole60. I'd love to have some friends to share the journey with!
