mariegray
A happy accident for lunch: 1 baby cabbage (or half cup of any sliced cabbage, even napa) 1/4 cup thinly sliced onions (i used two baby onions from garden) 1 cup of shaved steak (I think it might be just as good with ground beef) 1 tsp ghee 1.5 tbsp olive oil mayonnaise (homemade from Whole30 book) Satuee onion and cabbage until starts to brown in ghee. Add steak, cook until done, stir in mayo, eat. Reminds me of a steak/cheese grinder...if only I knew that it was so good WITHOUT cheese! Aberrantatavia
I did kind of the same thing with beef, onion, and zucchini. Had some cukes and tomatoes with it with some mayo and ate the mayo all overthe beef too... It was good!
mariegray
the first thing I wanted to do after I successfully made the mayo was to put it on a tomato! One of the summertime things I really miss is a thick slice of mayo with a dollop of miracle whip on it, and this mayo, I feel, has that vinegary punch...so good!
