chasity.eversole
A little late posting, but I finished my whole 30 April 28th and was down 15 pounds! The best part is, shortly after starting the program I was able to get off of insulin. I decided to stick with the program, so as of now I have not reintroduced any foods. I had a follow-up appointment Friday and was told by my doctor that I could come off of one of my oral diabetes meds. I am so excited and feel great! I hope I will continue with the program. It really has not been hard. Real foods taste sweeter. I accused my husband of adding sugar to the carrots he cooked. Everything taste better. Thanks for sharing your program. Keep up the great work and it sounds like you'll be on your way to getting off of your meds. This is an amazing success story and very inspirational for me as I start my whole30.
