edgymama Posted May 21, 2015 Share Posted May 21, 2015 So simple, so finger licking (ok bowl and spoon licking) good! 1/4 cup of ghee (mine was solid when I measured it since I had it stored in the fridge) 1/2 cup of Franks original hot sauce Melt it together and dump on anything! Seriously.....dipped chicken breast in it for dinner last night, and poured over my steamed veggies. Then today brought the extra sauce and chicken and put on a big bed of power greens for a Buffalo Chicken Salad. YUM. Great way to get that healthy fat in!
