Abbie SK Posted June 5, 2015 Share Posted June 5, 2015 I am new to Whole30, and have decided that I am going to start June 10. I've been eating mostly Paleo for a few months, but I'm hoping to kick it up a notch and truly commit to the dietary changes. I know already that my hardest obstacles are dairy (cheese) and grains, but I've given most of it up for good already. My son goes to his dad's for the summer on the 8th, so I'm giving myself a couple days to clean out the cupboards and adjust to cooking for one.
