So...8 days in.  Feeling great.  On track.  Just wanted to have reliable place to log my food & workouts.

 

 

 

Today's workout

 

Warm-up

 

Shoulder press @ 105# for 3 sets of 5

 

Metcon:

4 rounds for time

5 Renegade Rows (each arm) @ 25# DB

10 hanging leg raises

15 squats
