Nickieam2 Posted June 13, 2015 Share Posted June 13, 2015 Hello Well, here it goes! Trying to lose weight and finding it very difficult. I am almost 45 and it seems to get mor eand more difficult. I have Celiac Disease and Asthma so on one side it will be easy to limit what I eat (other than sugar, my evil nemesis), it is difficult for me to exercise as hard as I would like to. I am hoping that eliminating some of the food like dairy will help eleviate some of my asthma systems, can't hurt to try!!!! Wich me luck! Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
