Starting June 17th

I am going to eat the last few sweets in the house tonight and get started in the morning! Been eating even when I haven't been hungry, so would like to get that in check. Also just want to kickstart healthier habits. Been eating a lot of sweets and unhealthy snacks.

Hello! I started my Whole30 today! I woke up earlier than usual (1.5 hours earlier) and kept ruminating in my mind about starting...first day jitters?!

 

The morning has been fine so far.

Just started again today.  This is my second Whole30.  I did the first one in January after all the holiday junk food did its damage.  It was successful, but I find that when I start slipping in a few items (dark chocolate, cheese) I tend to start eating more and more things that aren't as good for me.  I am doing the Whole30 again starting today so that I can get back on track and stop looking for snacks after dinner.  -Monica-
