ileangel
I'm on day 10 and , due to unforeseen circumstances, I went too long between meals. Plus, I'm pms-ing and always become super hungry. After my lunch, I had about 5 times the recommended limit of nuts. Do I need to start over? I'm hoping as I go further along, my hormones won't cause extreme hunger....what can I do if it happens again? Link to comment
Guest Andria
No, overeating compliant foods is not grounds for a restart. Just take it as lesson to plan ahead and be prepared. You did not mention the circumstances that led to the prolonged interval between your meals. Could you have packed a compliant meal? Worst case scenario, get your self some compliant beef jerky (Chompsticks) or compliant RX Bars (check the labels, at least one has sugar, but several do not) that would be easy enough to stash in a bag or purse. chezjulie
As long as the nuts were compliant, you don't have to start over. Some of the moderators recommend eating more food in general in the run up to our periods, and including servings of starchy carbs. Link to comment
ileangel
Thanks so much! Yes, I need to pack compliant things just in case something keeps me out for longer. I will increase my starchy carbs to see if that helps also Link to comment
