Under active Thyroid and Raynaud's Phenomenon

Recommended Posts

This is my first Whole 30.  I have a under active Thyroid and Raynaud's Phenomenon (my fingers and toes turn white when they get too cold). On my 23rd day and still feeling sluggish.  Proud to say I am doing Whole 30  100%.  Need help to not feel sluggish.  Any tips that might help.  I am a 56 year old women and have had a under active Thyroid since I was 25 and have been on medicine for a long time.  Have had Raynaud's for 10 years.  Drink 40 oz. and more of water everyday.  Exercise 2 to five days a week--cardio, weights and yoga.  Greatly appreciate any ideas, tip and suggestions.

First off, you likely need more water. We recommend 1/2 an ounce of water per pound of body weight, daily.

Can you post 2-3 days of your food log, along with portion sizes, pre and post workout meals, exercise routine and nightly hours of sleep? That will help us give you more specific feedback.
