I already eat pretty cleanly but ready for something to kick start myself for the next month. Started with the July 1st group and just didn't have my game face on (aka plan, or really a desire) to survive the holiday and 4 birthday parties over this week. Lesson learned: never start a Whole30 right before one of my kid's birthdays. However, the dust has settled on all that and now we're back to lazy old summer. Time to get a Whole30 done before the school year starts! Congrats on the baby, spasto!
