RochelleKK
I take AREDs 2 for my macular degeneration. It contains soybean oil and soy lecithin. Taking the supplments were prescribed by my opthamolgist years ago. Is anyone aware of a similar supplement that does not have the soy, but has the luitein and zeaxanthin in it? Starting whole 30 August 1. Thanks BTW Pureencapsulation supplments requires a doctor to order the supplment for the patient. You may need to revise pages 404-405 of the Whole 30 book which advises that purchasing the listed products do not require a medical professional. http://www.pureencapsulations.com/about-us/about-pure-encapsulations
Bet
I just posted the same thing! I am looking at supplements online but most have soy or sunflower oil. I did just find this one... http://www.vitacost.com/source-naturals-zeaxanthin-with-lutein-10-mg-30-capsules Anything in a soft gel is going to have oil in it, most likely soybean oil. So stick to capsules.
