CarolinaGal
I just received both books - It Starts With Food and Whole30 in the mail yesterday evening! I'm so excited to start, but want to read my books, prepare my pantry and house and get mentally ready to do this. I was going to start August 1st, but my son is getting married in October and I will be attending their bridal shower on August 9th and didn't want to miss out on enjoying lunch with them and finger foods at the shower. I'm being realistic!
slsals
I am starting August 11. What do you think of the new book? I have It Starts with Food from my last round, and wondering whether the new book is worth buying?
