HowToBeCrunchy Posted July 31, 2015 Share Posted July 31, 2015 I'm repeating, but I've never previously completed a Whole 30. Each time I've failed out though I have learned something and hope to apply that to a successful completion of the program this go round. The big thing for me, I've noticed, is that I need to keep on top of food prep - and have plenty of grab and go snacks available because it is hard to meal prep when you are tired at the end of that first week and that is normally when I fall off plan. lifes_a_trip Posted August 2, 2015 Share Posted August 2, 2015 I am also a repeater starting Aug 3, maybe tomorrow and extending by a day. I also find that meal prep and planning is the most important thing in order to succeed. I have not completed a 2nd whole30 but it has been a couple of years since the first, although the majority of the time I try to eat paleo I am trying to view this as a body reset and while doing this whole 30 I will be doing a liver/gall bladder cleanse as well as starting a meditation regimine.
