rungurl
Hi. I'm excited to start the Whole30 tomorrow. (I tried today, but had a meltdown when I realized that tiney sausages and sauerkraut were not enough for lunch!!!) I've been vegan, vegetarian, fish-centric and a full on Jack in the Box junkie in the past, so I'm pumped to see how Whole30 will effect my energy levels and overall health. Also, trying to quit smoking simultaneously. Anyone else trying that? Q
Jaylee
Wow! That sounds like a lot to do at once! I've never smoked, though, so I don't really know... I also have toyed with the vegan/vegetarianism thing in the past with hopes of health benefits and weight loss - without much success at all. But I'm on Day10 of this and can already see a difference...so I'm hopeful. Best of luck!
Professor Mama
OMG, rungurl, you're taking the tiger by the tail. I'm a former veggie, too. I'm having the same stress about not feeling hungry and not getting enough to eat. But although I like meat okay, I'm not eating enough. So I had a big hunk of full-fat yogurt in my smoothie today, on day 4. Which technically should be day 1 now, since I cheated! Anyway, good luck. I'm rooting for you!
