GFChris
The idea with the no snacking guideline (not a rule), is to ideally build meals that satiate you for 4-5 hours. We just don't want you mindlessly nibbling or grazing throughout the day. It's about achieving optimal hormonal balance. However, if you are genuinely hungry between meals, until you get your portions to where you're satiated for 4-5 hours, it is TOTALLY FINE to have a mini-meal of protein, veg and fat between your main meals.I, along with others, gave you our thoughts here:http://forum.whole9life.com/topic/30923-not-eating-enough-even-though-following-guideline/#entry334575Please consider increasing your food and/or getting help for your disordered thinking around eating.
