EliMak79 Posted September 12, 2012 Share Posted September 12, 2012 Hey y'all .. I'm a newbie, started 9/11/12 (yesterday) and am feeling good so far. I typically didnt eat a lot of carbs to begin with but would of course have my weight watchers ice cream at night and sometimes splurge on some carbos. I am 32, almost 33! A single mom and life is insane right now with being unemployed ... the good thing about that, is that I get to workout a lot during the day!
