Saying goodbye and starting again

Today I am on day three at my second try for whole 30. I made it all the way to day 20 and caved after the death of my grandma. I truly believe that this way of eating helped me make it through the rough week of watching her say goodbye. Unfortunately lack of sleep and stress made for poor decisions right after I lost her. So I took a few days off and decided I needed to start back as quick as possible. I'm already starting to feel my energy levels go back up and hope that the first two weeks this time is easier on my gut than last time. I am very disappointed that I caved in and hope this time I don't let stress choose what I eat. My third week last time I didn't feel Tiger blood but I think it was because I was spending every moment I could with my grandma. I do however feel that this eating plan allowed me to have enough energy to make it to work and spend long evenings with her and the rest of my family. I am so thankful for that. Here is to round two of whole 30.
