Try it...you will like it. You will feel better and enjoy the food. MY husband and I were big sugar/carb eaters -- especially me. My husband is Type 2 Diabetic and has been taken off 2 meds. Today is Day 18 for us and we don't feel deprived.

A few days in my knees didn't bother me so much and my skin is not so dry.

What I really love is how we really look at food and learning what is good and not so good.

I feel like I am becoming a better cook. Try it and you will get all the support you can ask for in this forum.
