I plan to begin with that after our return to Germany at 25th of September. One of my problem is that I cannot find enough information for people that have to do the program with immune sickness. Much more things aren't allowed, and there aren't not enough information on the "Can I use list!" Can I get more information about it anywhere here? After you complete that, if you suspect you have additional food sensitivities due to something like auto immune issues, doing a more restricted Whole30 afterward.
