Saree_maree Posted September 19, 2015 Share Posted September 19, 2015 Today, on day 25 of my Whole30, I had a breakthrough workout: 12 miles at 8:20/mile, which is just a few seconds slower than my previous half marathon race pace but today was an easy, conversational run with two friends and I had energy to spare at the end. This was by far my best run of the this training season so far and I attribute it in no small part to the metabolic changes that the Whole30 has helped to bring about. raincamepouringdown Posted September 19, 2015 Share Posted September 19, 2015 Amazing! Congrats. I am on day 12 today and really looking forward to my 12 mile long run tomorrow.
