Day 2 of my whole 30

So I started my whole30 yesterday! I'm very excited to report my result Oct 13 :) The hardest part of day one was not chewing gum. I took up gum after quiting smoking a little over 3 yrs ago. I had dry mouth all day.

Meal one : 2 egg muffins with bell pepper , mushrooms and ground turkey cooked with onion and some a couple raspberries & a slice of cantaloupe

Meal two: egg muffin again and some cooked ground turkey and some bell peppers

Meal 3: Pumpkin chili with raw cauliflower and i made butternut squash puree and had a taste it was delicious

I didn't feel hungry at all yesterday :)
