abermommy
In the past I've always done a nice pasta meal the night before a marathon, but now that I've completed the Whole 30 and am staying VERY close to the plan in my eating, I need suggestions as to what to eat before my next race. JenX
I would just make a point of increasing my carbohydrates (starchy veggies) for 3-5 days prior to race day. You want to top of your glycogen storage without burdening your system with huge amounts of fiber. Best to practice leading up to your longest pre-race efforts to see what works best for you.
