Day 24


Bfast: Sweet potato topped with 3 scrambled eggs in EVOO and diced avocado


 


Lunch: Sweet potato chili


 


Dinner: Spaghetti squash with diced tomatoes, spices, etc. and ground beef


 


Day 24 was way too overwhelming in my personal life. We'll be closing on our house on Monday, and our car is having serious issues. So... very overload. I wanted to carb out and eat all the fries and I stuck to my plan. I'm hoping our car can get fixed today and I can move on with the house relatively stress-free.

Day 25


Bfast: Sweet potato topped with 3 scrambled eggs in EVOO and diced avocado


 


Lunch: Shepherd's pie, pecan pie Larabar


 


Dinner: Spaghetti squash with diced tomatoes, spices, etc. and ground beef


 


Snack: Grapes


 


My lunch was too small (I could tell before I even ate it), so I worked with what I had here at the office and ate a Larabar with it. Today I'm eating the same entrée so I brought an apple because I knew in advance it was too small.


 


My snack was unplanned for the day, but I was hungry at night and again, was working with what I had.

Day 26


Bfast: Sweet potato topped with 3 scrambled eggs in EVOO and diced avocado


 


Lunch: Shepherd's pie, honey crisp apple


 


Dinner: Beef stew


 


Much better day today. I had a NSV this morning when size 16 jeans fit me! I starting my fat to fit journey in March and wore size 24. The size I'm wearing now is 20. So I'm super stoked size 16 now fit! WOOT WOOT!

So something is wrong with my computer and my internet keeps going in and out (the internet adapter in my computer, I think, is broken). So I apologize for not posting my food previously! 

 

Day 27

Bfast: Sweet potato topped with 3 scrambled eggs in EVOO and diced avocado

 

Lunch: Beef stew

 

Dinner: Spaghetti squash with diced tomatoes, spices and herbs, ground beef, etc. 

 

Day 28

Bfast: Sweet potato topped with 3 scrambled eggs in EVOO and diced avocado

 

Lunch: Spaghetti squash with diced tomatoes, spices and herbs, ground beef, etc. 

 

Dinner: Bunless burgers (burger patties, romaine lettuce, fried eggs, avocado), baked potato, raspberries 

 

Day 29

Bfast: Sweet potato topped with 3 scrambled eggs in EVOO, raspberries 

 

Lunch: Burger patties, baked potato

 

Dinner: Hearty vegetable soup 

 

So super stoked to be on Day 30! I MADE IT!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Much easier than I thought it would be. This weekend was really trying though. So many things went wrong in my personal life. 

 

Oh well. It's Monday. I'm closing on our new home in 1 hour and it's Day 30. I have a huge shopping date planned with one of best friends this weekend, and I'm going to buy new clothes and new shoes and do some Christmas shopping for my sexy husband and our gorgeous children. 

 

It's a good day.

Day 30

Lunch: Burger patties, romaine lettuce, avocado, baked potato


 


Dinner: Hearty vegetable soup 


 


I MADE IT. It's now Day 31.


 


My results are:


Lost 3.6 lbs.


Lost 3 inches from chest


Lost 3 inches from waist


Lost 2 inches from hips


Lost 1 inch from each leg


Lost .25 inch from each bicep
