Raven Posted November 3, 2015 Share Posted November 3, 2015 I just finished up my very first cleanse as mentioned here. It was very eye-opening. The only diet changes I've ever done are vegetarianism (11+ years), veganism (~1 week), paleo (off and on since 2012), and Whole30 (off and on since later in 2012). This cleanse helped my digestion to become more normal and opened my eyes to eating in a different way. However, there are a few things that I was hoping would improve but didn't, so here I am back to Whole30. I took over a week off and jut ate what I wanted, which was mostly clean food with some lessons(!) thrown in. My plan for this W30 is to get some issues under control that the cleanse didn't. I also am open to the idea of extending this W30 (hence the plus in the title). Sometimes knowing that a W30 is coming to an end is helpful in making it there, but sometimes it just means Day 31 will be a bingefest. So, here we go.
