I've decided to finally start Whole30. After watching Dallas and Melissa on Dr. Oz, I realized that this program isn't what I thought it was. My daughter was born 2 months premature and ate anything and everything including dairy which I'm allergic to. Sugar is the worst for me as well. So now I'm finally going to reset my body and see what I need to stay away from so I can finally figure out which foods don't make me anxious, sick and lethargic and enjoy life again.
