The past two Whole30s I was not on this lovely forum and I certainly missed that. However! Here I am, excited to get started tomorrow. Anyone else a many multiple W30-er? Ooh and Happy New Year, all! My very first was January 2013. I'm always surprised to find I learn something new each and every time. And I hasten to add, the best food I eat all year long is when I'm W30. I try to keep the spirit of Whole30 alive in most of my food prep the rest of the year, but cocktail hour slips back in and I eventually find a variety of bad habits returning, until I banish them once again.
