We had a lovely holiday but I went further off the rails than I normally would have. I keep restarting my whole 30 so I'm posting here for accountability. kellydawne Posted January 14, 2016 Author Share Posted January 14, 2016 Starting the day right, I'm normally a breakfast skipper.Day 1 Meal 1- coffee w/ unsweetened cocoa powder 2 eggs scrambled with (Mulay's) hot Italian Sausage & baby spinach.
