Starting the day right, I'm normally a breakfast skipper.
Day 1 Meal 1- coffee w/ unsweetened cocoa powder

                       2 eggs scrambled with (Mulay's) hot Italian Sausage & baby spinach.

 

My exercise plan today is the Nerd Fitness Beginner Body Weight Workout.  Its a great quick workout when I'm somewhat pressed for time.
