Danananda Posted January 23, 2016 Share Posted January 23, 2016 I was practicing yoga this morning and I smelled fish oil. And after a few minutes of noticing it, it dawned on me that it was coming from me! Not in a bad way - more of a sweet, faint, but definitely fish-oil-smell. I thought it was unusual... not something I have ever noticed before. I take fish oil every night and have never smelled it on me. I am on day 22 and am wondering if this is a result of my diet being so clean? Or perhaps the heated room and my nose being closer to my armpit (can you say down dog?), that I am just noticing it???
