Breakfast:

sugar snap peas, green beans, sesame seeds, cooked in ghee, lettuce, smoked salmon, hazelnuts

 

Supper:

green beans, tahini, lettuce, ghee, catfish, sesame seeds, lemon, walnuts

 

Snack:

walnuts

 

Sleep: 7 hours

Exercise: Ran 2.3 miles
