Hi everyone.  

 

Thought I would try this lifestyle to help get healthier and lose some weight.   My cholesteral was up last time I went to doctor and she wanted me to lose weight... so this is my starting point.   Anyway,  I will be starting my first 30 days on Monday the 8th.  I have a number of challenges this month.   A luncheon out this week and two weeks of jury duty the end of the month (45 miles away from my home).   So I will need suggestions on what to bring to eat there.
