glkemp Posted February 29, 2016 Share Posted February 29, 2016 I was dying to try the Chicken Chowder in the W30 book, but not a fan of cilantro or jalapeno. So, I made some edits and additions and tried it out last night. Basically, all was the same except I eliminated cilantro and used fresh basil. Eliminated the jalapeno and added in chunks of carrots and mushrooms to make it a bit heartier. Doubled the recipe and now I have soup for DAYS. It's sooooo good.
