Day 2 of Whole 30

I started the Whole 30 yesterday to kick the sugar addiction I've developed since having my baby four months ago. I am exclusively breastfeeding. I did track calories and carbs yesterday to make sure I had enough and was shocked to see that I did eat 2,600 calories (and 211g of carbs) because I felt so hungry! I woke up this morning shaky and with a fast heartbeat and then started throwing up. I am still nauseous and sick and can't stomach the thought of eating another egg. I am mainly concerned about my body breaking down fat and then all of these toxins ending up in my breastmilk. Any thoughts to help this? I know this is sugar withdrawal but right now this reaction doesn't seem healthy and I'm inclined to stop.
