Day 15

 

M2: giant salad from Mod Market with greens, cucumber, grated sweet potato, shredded coconut, and roast chicken 

M3: 2 compliant hot dogs, pickles, 2 beets, handful coconut flakes, 1/2 jicima root

NO NUTS. NO FRUITS. NO SNACKING. DRINK 70 OZ.

 

Day 16

 

M1 (8 am): one scrambled egg with one compliant hot dog, 1/2 jicama, 2 small pickled beets

                  1 c. coffee, 20 oz water

 

10 oz water

 

M2: (12:30 pm): salmon with balsamic/dijon glaze, 1/2 jicima (because I oversalted the kale I made...), large pickled beet

                           4 oz kombucha, 20 oz water

 

M3: (7 pm): Well Fed chocolate chili with broccoli slaw for crunch,  mashed sweet potato 

                    20 oz water

While making dinner yesterday, I munched on a few pickle chips and had around 10 oz kombucha

 

Day 16

 

M1 (8:30 am): 1 diced sweet potato cooked in olive oil, two fried eggs (not. enough. food)

                       1 c. coffee, 10 oz water

 

Snack (11:45 am): 2 pickled beets, small handful pecans

                              10 oz water

 

M2 (1:30):  balsamic chicken breast, 1 cup mushrooms, 1 bunch kale, 1/2 cup applesauce

                   10 oz water

 

I maybe had a bite or two of avocado around 3.

10 oz water

 

Felt very gassy and bloated after M2. 

 

M3 (7:30): steak, turnip, mixed greens with balsamic vinegar

                  20 oz water
