habitualpurpose Posted April 18, 2016 Share Posted April 18, 2016 Hi all, I've done a few W30s over the past few years and found them to be very helpful. I just felt better overall, had more mental clarity, felt in control of my health, lost weight, slept better, etc., etc. Unfortunately, life has been a whirlwind of stress since the second half of 2014 as my son was hospitalized for a long time (2/3 of a year) and my good eating and taking care of myself went out the window. Now I find myself tired, heavier, lacking strengthy (physical and mental) and with a new issue--arthritis. It's time to do what I hope and know will help and eat to take care of myself.
